Our on-line client site is offered at no charge as a value-added service to all of our client partners. Allen Austin is committed to superior client service and as such provides unparalleled communication between our engagement partners and our clients.
What are the benefits to the site?
Our on-line client site allows you to view all pertinent documents on specific searches, allowing all of your decision makers access to a comprehensive snap shot of the search progress.
Can anyone see my files?
Only the persons you provide with the user name and password we provide can see your files. User names and passwords are client and individual search specific.
Can my whole team look at the search documents?
All members of your team will be able to view your files provided they have the appropriate user name and password
Will the documents be real-time?
Yes. All documents are updated at the end of each business day.
Can I customize the documents available online?
As with all of our services, your documents are fully customizable and are client and individual search specific.
How long will the project documents stay live after the search is over?
All project documents will be deleted subsequent to candidate’s start date unless you request otherwise. Theoretically, your documents can remain live as long as you wish.
Will I be able to download the files from the site?
Absolutely. You will be able to read and download all files in your client folder.
Can I receive my files on a CD-Rom at the end of the project?
Allen Austin will send you a CD-Rom with all relevant search documents at the completion of the project.
